Meet Irma McDonald
As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor, I am passionate about helping people find joy and freedom in eating. My approach stems from body attunement, self-compassion, and respect. I believe that everyone deserves to have a positive relationship with food and their body, and I am here to guide you on that journey. I offer appointments in person, telehealth or by phone.

Where appropriate I incorporate an ‘Intuitive Eating’ approach into my sessions (there are some conditions where this approach is not suitable). I offer a weight neutral approach with a focus on health and well being for many conditions including:
